  4. **For Women:** Also measure the circumference of your hips at the widest point.

Measurement Tips:
  • Neck: Measure below the larynx (Adam's apple).
  • Waist: Measure horizontally around the navel for men, and around the narrowest point (usually above the navel) for women.
  • Hips (Women): Measure horizontally around the largest part of the hips/buttocks.
